Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note a surcharge of USD 250 will be charged for guests smoking in nonsmoking rooms. Please contact the Front Desk for information on designated outdoor smoking areas. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note 4 water park passes are included for guests as part of the resort fee. Please note the Flamingo Waterpark Resort is open for hotel guests only. Outside visitors are not permitted. Starting September 1st, the water park, slides, lazy river, and game rooms are open from Thursday through Sunday. The hotel will remain open from Monday to Wednesday but with limited amenities. Only the outdoor pool, children's playground, and arcade rooms will be open. The water park, slides, and lazy river will be closed during these days. We will not be charging a resort fee for the nights that the water park is closed during this period. Please note that all fees are subject to tax. The resort fee includes the following: - Electric hookup for boats and RVs - Free access to children's playground - Heated pool access - High-speed wireless internet access - Outdoor pool access - Parking - Pool towels - Four water park passes per each night booked Our lobby will be closed from 1 am to 7 am daily.
